ClickCon 2021

It was another amazing conference this year. I do have to say, with have an extra year to pull ClickCon together. Made it A lot more polished. Even though I was only able to go the two of the three days that I signed up for and had an amazing time. Definitely signup for ClickCon 2022. But I think that it can be better. In the mid-90s, I used to watch a show on HBO called Red Shoe Diaries. Red Shoe Diaries was a romantic show with suspense and mystery. The show was base on a man and his dog reading letters from women writing to him about their romantic love affairs stories.

Re-editing a 2013 photoshoot image

So I have recently seen a post on Facebook, memories of a shot I did about 8 years ago. Wow, 8 years that shot was posted on Facebook. It was an amazing shoot and one of my most favorite shots. So I had to go through my 2013 archives and find that project to re-edited it. Just to see if I can do a better job editing the image now than I did in 2013. I definitely lack the skills I have now. Plus the software I think is 10x better.

Having my work re-edit

First off, I'm not a fan of people re-editing my images. Because all complete edits I feel are my style and how the image should look.

But I do have some exceptions for someone to edit or re-edit my work. One is sending it to a retoucher and, the other is if it's a client and they pay for the images.

Digitizing 35MM film

I always love to shoot film, therefore after I complete a roll of film, I’ll take it down to Foto houze in Downers Grove to get it developed by my good friend Kevin the owner. Once I get the film back, I’ll cut and scan it on my Canon CanoScan 9000F.
